We sit down and visit with Shawn Vaughn, our Texarkana Texas Police Department Public Information Officer in episode 25 of "Texarkana Talks". Shawn has been serving Texarkana for over 30 years now. First retiring from the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department before joining TTPD, Vaughn has the unique knowledge and relationships with many in the community, on both sides of Stateline Avenue.
