We OUTSIIIIIIDE yall! Welcome to another episode of Skin Deep Conversations with Producer James and kittie KaBoom. We decided to take a field trip for the “BLACKEST” holiday there is in this country-JUNETEENTH! We went to Leimert Park in the Crenshaw district of Los Angeles and it was LITTY as expected. We saw, we ate, and we asked questions. We were able to get some great interviews from black people about the significance of Juneteenth and some comedic relief about cultural “insider stuff” that gave James tons of insight and provided kittie with some much needed melanin re-up.
