Cesar is a teacher and the creator of The Heart of the Harbor Wilmington.The Heart of the Harbor Wilmington is a project created out of dreams. A dream where people share their personal life experiences in an effort to provide life advice. The goal is for people to take a little time out of their busy lives to listen to what others have to say and learn something from others' experiences. Everyone has a story to tell and advice to give. This project is simply the vessel that shares everyone's story and highlights the one advice that they would want to share with the rest of the world. The project takes place in Wilmington, Ca., a small but proud community that is the heart and backbone of the Los Angeles Port. The project focuses on anyone who lives, works, volunteers, or has previously lived in Wilmington. In this episode we find out about Cesar, why he started The Heart of the Harbor Wilmington, and what he hopes to accomplish through his project.
