She is a poet, a zine writer and a big animal lover. She’s been killing the poetry scene by promoting peace, love, and empowering woman. Her ultimate goal in life are to help young people discover their true path/power in life and spread as much love as possible. Her Other published work includes a self published Zine titled, “Brain Chemistry.” Lola contributes poetry to local LA Artist Zines & Non-Profit magazines. Original Work includes Personal Perspectives, Photo, Written & Performance Poetry. You can also find Lola attending local open mics across the greater Los Angeles area.

On this episode we find out about who Lisette is. We take a deeper look at the person behind the very successful poet also known as Lola La Poeta. We find out about the journey that she has been on to find herself in this crazy world that we are living in. We find out how she got started, why expressing herself through poetry is so important to her, and the importance of the love of her life Lola her bunny has on her everyday life. She ruins some of my jokes that hopefully inspire her to write a poem about a clown that starts out making a fool of himself but then it turns out that he is just misunderstood.
