This week on DingoTalk, we sit down with Rich Duncan, Head Football Coach at Rhodes College, now in his fourth season leading the Lynx. With a track record of turning programs around, Duncan’s journey at Rhodes began in 2021, where he immediately made an impact, steadily improving the team’s performance year after year. In 2023, he led Rhodes to a 6-4 record, along with numerous team and individual accolades, including five Second Team All-SAA players and five honorable mentions.
Before Rhodes, Duncan made his mark at Aurora University, guiding the Spartans to the NCAA Division III national playoffs and earning a conference Coach of the Year award. He then spent a decade at Berry College as the offensive coordinator, helping lead the Vikings to five consecutive conference titles and three NCAA playoff appearances.
