Description

If you can boldly look into your own eyes in the mirror, you can boldly face the world. The longer you can look into yourself, the stronger you hold your place in the world.

Often, we only look in the mirror, to appear good, to fix ourself, and mostly look and comment on perceived flaws with our physical features and wish it were different, sometimes with young daughters watching and emulating our relationship with our body.

Mirror work and gazing within yourself can help you tap into your creativity, reach untapped potential, facilitate healing, plant powerful prophecies into your life, and also help discover newer versions of you.

In this podcast, I really want to entertain the possibility that every single person, especially women, can have bold, original and powerful conversations with yourself in the mirror. This is the game changer.

So, I let my imagination flow with creative new possibilities of conversations when standing in front of the mirror.

Let’s listen to the journal prompt, “Mirror, mirror on the wall”.
