Description

If you don't know what wellness is like, how will you aim for it?  In a world of stress, confusion, chaos, chasing after something or the other, and, being someone who others want, I think somewhere, somehow, we completely forget about what wellness really feels like, inside and outside.

For me, wellness is not limited to the physical ability to move our arms and legs for daily functions. Wellness includes feeling physically vital, emotionally free, mental lightness and energetically clean.

The question is, if wellness is not in our recent experience, how will we crave for it.  If there’s no reference point within reach, we are not going to reach out for it.

In my own intense and deep healing journey, I have experienced a range of wellness points - decreased wellness, partial wellness, increasing wellness. I consciously choose to stay in touch with parts of the wellness as much as I could during my long healing journey. It helped me stay anchored and in touch with wellness.

Let’s listen to “ Signs of wellness”.

It’s your turn now.

What is your idea of wellness?

Here’s a tip: Go back in time and recall when you experienced wellness, even if it’s part wellness and share with us what it felt like for you.
