OFFERING OURSELVES
Quite honestly, Christians have offended many by using guilt and pressure tactics to get people to volunteer, serve or give. This has completely obscured the truth that to offer oneself in the service of others brings the giver-- as much as those who receive -- joy and satisfaction.
We have much to share with God and others: time, energy, prayers, resources. In worship this Sunday, we will explore the difference that sharing brings.
