Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep. This form of yoga engages the rest and digestion systems of the body through subconscious awareness. Think of dolphins; while half of their brain sleeps, the other half listens and keeps them alive. Yoga Nidra connects to your deepest part by asking you to be still. There are no upside-down poses, random locations doing yoga poses, or acts of physical strength. You must get your favorite blankey and curl up to listen to this episode. Your brain, body, and soul will all return home for the deepest form of healing and rest. 

Find a comfortable, quiet place where no one will interrupt you. You can do this by lying down, sitting in a chair, or sitting in a meditation pose. Just listen and rest. It will be the easiest and most soul-engaging form of yoga you have done.
