My Fred Whitton journey so far has been filled with excitement and enthusiasm especially as I have had first hand dealings with some fast cycling folk which you would think would continue to motivate me... but no I seem to of hit the end of February and the beginning of March 2022 and its stopped me dead, lacking energy and full of a cold and feeling rough all made worse by the return of a bad back which plagued my early winter training.
