Our health theme continues, because it is that important!
We have gotten a lot of questions regarding our own health routines, what works for us, why we do intermittent fasting, why we have so much energy, etc.
So, in this episode we pull the curtain back and break down all our personal ideas and beliefs on the subjects of diet and nutrition, time restricted eating, and the importance of weightlifting.
