Description

After a month off, Esther and Jason return to the mics, but something is different. This week, the hosts chat about the struggles of going away and coming back to workouts or social media only to find that you aren't the same as you once were. And this can be defeating, causing getting back to the gym difficult. In order to create the motivation to get started on a fitness routine again (or by extension, decrease social media exposure, because the two are linked...) you have to do something different!
