May is Mental Health Awareness Month! We are planning on bringing a mental health professional to the conversation, but let's prepare for the conversation!

Ki & Kiki are both Yoga & Meditation Practitioners/Instructors. One of the main ways we help our clients maintain a healthy mental state during practices is by incorporating Mindfulness into it.
