A new regional governor arrives in Caesarea. Again, Paul finds himself the potential victim of an assassination plot. Again, he explains himself to the new governor. This time, however, a Jewish official is also present. Paul doesn't get very far in his defense when he's interrupted, and the interview ends. What was the problem?
