Christian baptism is important. But, many denominations have let unbiblical traditions make it more complicated that it is. Some say it removes original sin and makes you a Christian. Others don't go that far, but still think baptism "does something," in that it has a sacramental quality in and of itself that produces an effect on the recipient. What is the truth?
