Nehemiah, acting as civil leader in faithfulness to God organizes the finalization of the walls construction with threats, lies and false prophets threatening him along the way, incorrectly thinking he is seeking power for himself rather than honoring God. The great condemnation of Babylon is announced by an angel saying "fallen, fallen, is Babylon the great!"
