Psalms written by David as he is running from the persecution of Saul. David is used to running his entire life yet never questions God but rather continues in faith and trust. Upon Saul and Johnathan's deaths David writes this tribute respecting the tremendous burden of being the king of Israel and honors the lives of God's anointed.
