Description

Jack Jack sits down with Dr. Bob Harrington, the director for the school of Hospitality Business Management at WSU. Once an executive chef, Harrington specializes in hospitality innovation and wine business strategies. In addition, he has conducted research to further understand the role of food & wine pairing on the perceptual human experience. He has been ranked 30th in the world by the Journal for Teaching and Travel for Hospitality Tourism Research, and is the author of Food and Wine Pairing: A Sensory Experience.
