Simon Atlas studied Architecture in South Africa, but quickly entered the Tech industry early in his career at a company deploying fibre connectivity infrastructure across the country. The company has connected over 1M homes with fibre broadband. Simon has written a book on sustainability called “Green is not a colour” (check it out on Amazon).
Today Simon talks about the African economy and how it compares with other developing markets around the world, particularly in Asia. We also talk about parallels between Africa and the EU, and how the continent may look politically in a few decades.
