The mind is a powerful thing to waste, and I don't want you all to waste any more of your time and mental capabilities on unnecessary thinking. You may have started this year off strong, and you've fell off a little and want to quit now. No! I need you to make up in your mind that you will keep going and you will not allow others to postpone your goals and progress. Refocus your mind and tell yourself you will continue this race, because it's not won to the fast or the swift but those that endure to the end! (Ecclesiastes 9:11-18)
