In this episode I'm joined by one of my good friends, and colleague, Dr. Kris Bosela. We've known each other for a long time and aside from enjoying each other's work, we certainly keep each other accountable to our best in life, while trying to stay alive through each other's sense of humor. Tune in as we discuss important concepts of endurance training as he is preparing for an upcomming 30+ mile trail race. This one is entertaining to say the least.

I realized I misspoke during the podcast. A 6 rep max is 85% of a 1 rep max, while a 10 rep max is 75% of a 1 rep max.
