I've heard time and time again: 'I'm pretty active'. What does that even mean? There is such a wide perspective and so many people that would rate their health as great that may be in dire straights. To have resiliency to injury or movements you not only need coordination, but also strength. The best athletes strength train their weak and vulnerable points. Maybe we should all take that hint. No need to get massive, just incorporate strengthening into everyone's plan. Yes, even the ultra endurance athlete.... Especially the ultra endurance athlete... Nothin' wrong with getting strong!
