I've got to practice what I preach. Recorded this episode today as I went on a walk cooling down from a great workout. Exactly what my body needed. I've been asked by a lot of people about shoulder irritation, chest/pec activation, posture, chest vs shoulder dominance.... I wanted to use this opportunity to debunk and demystify a few things. Today is (yes, based on the workout I did today) all about getting a better activation of your pecs and it's implications for not only strength, but health of your entire upper body.
