Description

Today I had an experience meeting and treating a surgical tech with some long lasting back pain. There were plenty of issues at hand, but what enabled him to turn his pain on and off by himself was controlling his rib flair. In this podcast episode I break down what I mean by the rib flair and how the anterior does not only effect posterior, but is a direct sign of involvement. This is a relevant concept not just for physical therapy, or fitness, but also daily life. Not just for preventibg pain but for unlocking force generation for performance.
