We talk about what it is, I touch on a return to sport/life protocol after experiencing a concussion, as well as what to typically expect with recovery. I share signs to indicate when you should see a physical therapist or other qualified health care professional to expedite the recovery process. We also talk about research targeting neck resiliency to decrease the chance of having a concussion and how to practically implement it.
