Self love as we have both found is a bit of a journey which is why we decided to approach this subject for a second time.

As a young child self love comes to us naturally and easy, with no hang ups getting in the way. It's not until we start taking note of the world around us and what peers and parents comment about us that we start building that suit of armour as a shield against the world, simply to fit in.

Our minds tend to be drawn to the negative which is not helpful for our mood or mental health, so how do we change these thoughts and feelings of self loathe to self love?
