Description

Mythic May continues strongly in its search for a savior. In this case, we find Emma Swan. Fabled daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming and missing savior to the frozen mythical town of Storybrooke, Maine. Plucked from the obscurity of a world without magic (otherwise known as New York), it is the savior alone who can stand up to the machinations of the evil queen turned fashionable mayor Regina and pawn shop owner Mr. Gold. Can an orphaned savior truly save the day?

Once Upon A Time was a high fantasy television show brought into the world by two of the writers of Lost meditating on the power of hope in a world both filled with dread and magic. Bringing surprises like the incomparable Lana Parilla as a vicious yet sweet Evil Queen and Snow White as a conflicted and not always so kind Mary Margaret (John keeps calling her Mary Martin but that's partially because of the Peter Pan haircut), Once Upon A Time is a different sort of fairy tale retelling.

Unabashedly kind, oddly whimsical and yet realistic, Magnus and John dive into the whys of how the series worked, why it failed and begin at the very beginning with Season One to deconstruct the good, the bad, and the Gold of it all. Join them for a journey through the fabled old Enchanted Forest.
