HI I'm Danelle! - I'm a trauma informed coach/somatic coach who makes nervous system regulation work FUN and pleasurable (bc after-all, we're not here just to heal to just learn how to handle the anxiety and pain, we're here to handle, expand our capacity for, and BASK in joy and pleasure).
My work is so multidimensional - I work on the mental/emotional/physical/spiritual planes (which to me are all simultaneously their own things AND are all the same/interconnected).
I tend to work with women who are people-pleasers, highly sensitive, creative, neurodiverse, confidence/self-worth issues, imposter syndrome, relationship issues...etc.I help women create internal safety so they can speak up, be more visible in the world, take up space, LOVE themselves, and generally turn their pain into GOLD
