It’s World Mental Health Day - and while I absolutely want to celebrate this, I also want people to understand what it means. It’s not on any calendars. There aren’t any traditions associated with today like turkey and Thanksgiving.
So let’s decide what it means. Let’s make it what we want it to mean!
