Even if we don't reach our weight loss goals at the gym, most of us know at least our health is better by staying consistent with a workout routine.  But most people who have stayed consistent will agree the gym has done much more for them than just what the scale shows. 

We chat today about what the gym has taught us in our own lives. After the episode try and think about what the gym/working out has taught you and you may then have more reasons to stay consistent when it gets hard to do so.
