Overrated/Underrated: Pumpkin Flavor? Fidget Spinners? Jets & Yankees??

Is age really just a number? Today we discuss why we don't really "care" about age when it comes to our exercise programs.  To some reading this that may sound a bit insane. Yes, we want to know what your age is when you start training with us BUT we don't automatically make assumptions of your capabilities or limitations due to you age.  We have an assessment process that we bring all members through to find out what the best place to start is.

To drive this point home, we have an 80 year old who is physically more capable than some 20 year olds. It would be a disservice to give that 80 yr old an exercise program based solely on his age and what an average 80 year old is capable of. It would be of equal disservice to give certain 20 yr olds "age appropriateā€ programs without respect to their individual goals and capabilities.

We transition the conversation to highlighting how empowering it is to feel healthy and strong and how many can get caught up in purely the visual benefits of working out and forget that there is so much more.
