This week we dive into the weekend and how it can be detrimental to you and your results. A lot of people view the weekend as a time where all bets are off and you can splurge on things like alcohol or food, as long as you get back to your "weekday" habits. Those people and thought process' couldn't be further from the truth. When it comes down to it there are 7 days in a week and if you spend 2 of those 7 days neglecting your good habits for bad ones it could be why you are questioning the results you're getting.
