If you're going to start back up in the gym here's five things you should consider:

1. Do you enjoy your workouts

2. Are you seeing performance progress

3. Are you psychologically invested in the long haul

4. Are you going to hard when first starting back up in the gym

5. Are you doing too much at once

Overall it's good to consider these things when starting back up in the gym, consistency is the most important so we have to make sure if we do fall off the bandwagon we get back to it as quickly as possible. Like we referenced before if you were to only workout once a week for the rest of your life that's better than going hard for a few weeks than taking years off. Hope you guys enjoy this episode!
