Overrated/Underrated: Spotify Recommended Playlists? Pretzels?

This week we get personal! We talk a lot about some of our experiences with eating, weight loss and weight gain. We know better than most that sticking to a food regimen can be tough, on the flip side we know how beneficial fueling your body with the right foods can be in the long run. We try to use some of our personal anecdotes to relate to some of our members struggles because even though we are trainers we are human too! Hope you guys can learn something from this episode.
