Underrated/Overrated: 8 Sleep Mattress? Snow?
This week we talk about cardio and strength training as well as the roles they play in different goals that we have in the gym. A lot of people tend have a preference of training style, however a combination of these two types of training when done correctly can vastly improve your results. Finally, we dive into the two class types we have here at Pratt Personal Training. Burn which is our cardio based class and Pratt which is our resistance training focused class.
