Overrated/Underrated: Fitness App? Hockey?
Today we talked about the 5 Levels of Activity/Fitness. We established these levels based on the hours you put in the gym. At the end of the day we want you guys to be able to increase your level of fitness but also have a clear understanding of what it takes to get to the next level. A little bit goes a long way in this game so don't get overwhelmed when trying to from no exercise to exercising everyday. We encourage you guys to take little steps in improving your fitness level because that is what it takes: consistency over time!
