Education is perhaps the most important investment we will all make in our life, so why doesn't it prepare us better for the workplace? To help us understand the gap, and how it is being addressed, we spoke to Dr. Lata Swaminathan, an Associate Professor affiliated with Mumbai University. She helped us break down the challenges of today's education systems, as well as how students can take control and prepare themselves.
