Chad talks with Steve on how he got involved with the assistive technology industry, as well as, what it is that makes working in the disability community so worthwhile for him. At the same time, Chad talks with Ryan Fleury about his lived experience being totally blind and what helped him cope with the loss of his vision after going blind due to a major accident.
