Michelle is a middle school teacher at Arcadia School District in California. She approaches educating her students with high expectations, strong beliefs in building knowledge, skills and dispositions and is always reflecting and looking for ways to evolve as an educator. Michelle shares her insight with Katie on why improving your practice should be at the forefront of improving outcomes for learners, and hopes to shift the perspective about what it means to be a middle school teacher today.
