This week on the show, Jessie and Mary sit down with Jaemie Dela Pena to discuss who she is outside of her many personas and how she came to find Fooligan Kevs. JDP is an extraordinarily talented artist and contrary to her "cousin" Kev, she is incredibly insightful and intelligent, with a great awareness for social movements. JDP unpacks with the girls about how she decided to choose a life doing what she loved as opposed to following the safe and secure path, that every Asian parent wishes for their children.
This episode is a true representation of the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover" because you never know what you might learn if you just gave people the time and place to hear their stories.
