This episode I was visited by a longtime friend Anthony Soto who I met in the most ceremonious of circumstances - when we beat each other up in a cage in front of hundreds of people :)  This episode explores a lot of Anthony's history including: 

• Getting run over by a car at 3 
• Getting jumped and stabbed as a 389 lb teenager 
• The challenges of being a foster child then adopted and navigating the complicated dynamics of a multi-state family 
• What it's like being a in a crime-scene cleanup crew  
• The power of a hug   

Unfortunately this session was cut short at 2hr just as Anthony was sharing the story of his mom passing (truly unfortunate timing) - we'll be sure to have a follow up episode
