Description

After trying various forms of therapy and healing modalities, I finally found vipassana meditation. This, more than anything, helped me heal my deepest wounds and trauma. I have come to understand the lack of necessity for any specific modality (even meditation). I also delve into the neuroscience of trauma as to why, so long as the neurons associated with the trauma are rewired in a positive way, how this happens is not important.
