Welcome back to That Rooted Feeling! Last week, we talked about the health risks of eating meat and as a follow up we wanted to dedicate a whole episode to the consumption of fish and eggs. In this episode we will clear up some of the confusion about whether a plant based diet is really all-or-nothing and if we should consider incorporating fish and eggs into our diet or not.
