George Lucas and Dave Filoni. The student clearly gained heaps of insight and experience from the master, and has deftly carried the torch ever since. But that doesn’t mean that Filoni is a carbon copy of Lucas, and it doesn’t seem likely that George would want him to be. This week we look at some of the ways that Filoni charts a unique course in Star Wars, the ways he differs from Lucas’ perspective.
