Apostle Paul’s letter to the Philippians chapter 3:9 said righteousness comes through faith in Christ for God‘s way of making us right depends on our faith. Paul also gives an example of Abraham in Romans chapter 4 , it’s not our good works that we brings to the table that makes us righteousness or even our love for God. It’s our faith through Jesus Christ. Abraham believed in God and his promises. He obeyed, trusted and waited on God. He never wavered. God declared him righteous because of his faith. For all who believe, it is because of our faith in Jesus Christ, that God gives his righteousness, Romans 3:22.
