Terry Burke, President - Union County Veterans 4th of July Committee, on this year’s parade August 7, 10:00 AM to Noon at the Silver Moon Complex off of Route 15 north of Lewisburg. This will be a drive-through parade. Veterans and Gold Star family members will be located in designated spots in the flea market parking lot. Community members will drive through the veterans to offer their thanks and support. We’ll talk about the logistics, why the parade is happening this way, their unmet needs and what families can expect.
