The beauty of these Primary Foods is to use them as a gauge for how aligned we are with ourselves. Not to stress you don’t have to be killing it at each of these categories. But as you take an audit, you can pick out 2-3 that really could use your attention and focus on.

As you expand in those areas of improvement, you might see it makes losing weight easier, digestion might not come in the form of constipation, moving your body feels good.

Pay attention and maybe even have a journal to quickly jot down how things are changing.

Because if we don’t slow down to listen to our bodies and how we feel, how do we know what is actually working for us and what isn’t? How do we know what to lean into when we get off track?

I hope you have peace of mind when thinking of which of these categories you are rating higher in. Not everything in life has to feel like work.
