When you get news, such as, "you have cancer," it can change your whole perspective and entire life outlook.
In today's episode, I share 3 things I learned from my journey with cancer:
1 - It starts with me; the power is within us
2- Our health & results are individualized; we are all unique and have different outcomes and desires
3 - Focus on the move forward; our future is in front of us, if we focus on that we can appreciate life as it unfolds in front of us.
