2 Chronicles 7:13, 14 If I shut up the heavens so then no rain falls, or if I command locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence and plagues among My people , and My people who are called by My Name humble themselves, and pray seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land.
