The draft is a lot about future potential stars of the game or current stars traded in draft deals. As we move forward in this PS Era of Football, organizations would be wise to shift their priorities from the Star Mindset to Team as they deal with future unpredictability with Injuries and a shifting landscape involving Team Morale and the overall Economic Structure.
I take a quick look at the Jets celebrated first day of the Draft as it pertains to a favorite player of mine, Garrett Wilson. As well as the trade made by the Eagles as they start to think with more of that Team Mindset from their QB position. Also the situation in Baltimore with WRs leaving, possibly due to all the running by Lamar Jackson.
